Return Policy

These Standard Return Policies are applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the website.

  • Item (s) must be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. Item (s) must be returned in original condition with original packaging. We do not accept used or tested returns. 
  • All shipping charges for returns and store credit are the responsibility of the customer. This includes the cost of free shipping items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the shipping cost. However, if the return is due to damaged or defective merchandise or an error on our part, we will send you a prepaid return label.
  • Once we received the item back, we will refund the original transaction amount within 1-2 business days with the return shipping fees deducted.
  • We are not responsible for returned package due to incorrect shipping address issues.

  • Please note that we do not accept returns or replacements for discounted merchandise. Select merchandise such as pierced earrings and/or body piercing jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We thank you in advance for your understanding.


      Exchange Policy

      Exchange requests are only valid for the exact same item(s) if received damaged or defective and returned in its original condition within 30 days of the shipping date. Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, 1) if the item(s) is available, we will ship the replacement to you and 2) a return of your shipping and handling costs will be refunded back to the credit card you used to place the original order. If the exact same item is no longer available, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund of the item's cost, shipping and handling and sales tax fees (where applicable) back to your credit card.

      Incomplete or Incorrect Items

      If your order is incomplete or incorrect upon receipt, please contact us at within 3 business days of receipt for instructions on returns and/or replacements.


      How To Return

      1. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip and please write the reason for the return or exchange on the front of the packing slip or on separate piece of paper. Your return or replacement will not be accepted if the copy of the packing slip with the reason for return is not included in the return package. ​
      2. Please make sure that you accurately enter your complete shipping address when placing your order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses (including leaving off suite or apartment numbers) will delay the delivery of your shipment. When the carrier returns an undelivered package to us, we issue a refund (excluding shipping charges).

      We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undelivered. If you would still like to purchase items that were undelivered, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. We appreciate your understanding.
